We are a team of professionals with 25 years of experience working together in the technical management of building projects in Barcelona, with extensive experience in the sector that supports us.

We transform high-end homes in Barcelona with comprehensive renovations and specific projects. We specialize in buildings in the upper areas and Eixample, modernist architecture, and unique properties. We provide complete coordination of contractors and guarantee compliance with deadlines.

Our professional experience covers both new construction and renovation projects. We manage complete projects: technical specifications, contractor selection, site management, and final delivery.

The knowledge we have gained over the years about projects, construction systems, and construction processes allows us to offer a comprehensive service to homeowners’ associations, property administrators, and individuals.

We manage all the necessary licenses and permits with the City Hall. We keep you informed of the status of each trámite.

03. Processing

We coordinate all industrial partners, supervise daily work, and control the quality of materials and finishes. You just have to wait.

04. Delivery

Thorough final review before handing over the keys. Work certificates, warranty documentation, and post-delivery advice.
